Information published by Allan Scott Family Winemakers (“ASFW”) on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid. By entering the competition, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Promoter
The promoter of this competition is ASFW located at 229 Jacksons Rd 7273 Blenheim.
Promotion Period
The promotion commences on 06.07.2026 and closes at 00:00am NZST on 09.08.26 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Entrant”).
How to Enter
To enter the promotion, entrants must complete the entry requirements as stated in the neck tag that can be found on Cecilia Brut bottles sold in the 43 chosen Liquor Land (“LL”) stores, or as advertisement by ASFW, LL and Hancocks during the Promotion Period.
Entrants must go to the promotional landing page hancocks.co.nz/bag and enter their details including name, email, phone number, store and unique neck tag code. Entrants will have the option to opt out of further marketing material and communications.
ASFW and Hancocks reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Each bottle sold equals one entry. Multiple entries per person are permitted.
All entries become the property of ASFW including name, phone number and email address. Entry details remain the property of ASFW. This information will be deleted 3 months after the closing date. Entrants consent to ASFW using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes (including to any applicable statutory authorities) and to conduct marketing activities. Without limiting the foregoing, entrants’ personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ASFW’s Privacy Statement, a copy of which is available on our website.
Prize
One winner per store will receive:

Total prize value: NZD $120
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any components of the Prize.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random within 24 hours of the promotion closing date.
The winner will be contacted via the phone number provided on their entry. If the winner cannot be contacted after calling different 3 times, ASFW reserves the right to select a new winner.
Prize Delivery
The prize can be collected from the LL store where the Cecilia bottle was bought within 30 days after the promotional period closing date by showing proof of purchase. ASFW is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged deliveries.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASFW shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or the prize.
ASFW reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation or Changes
ASFW reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. ASFW reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time.
Acceptance
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
If the winner has been entered by a third party, acceptance of the prize deems the winner to have accepted the terms and conditions.
