Let's celebrate 🥳. It's International Riesling Day. Or more accurately, today is Riesling's birthday. March 13, 1435, marks the date of the grape's first documented existence, in a cellar log from Germany's small Hessische Bergstrasse wine region, southeast of Rheingau. ⁠
